Ray Malnar and his wife Mary have five children and ten grandchildren. They’ve made Glendale their home since 1990.
Since 1995, Ray owned and operated a very successful valley-wide flooring maintenance and restoration company following a successful career in corporate accounting and finance management at UPS.
He holds an MBA, a BA in Speech Communication, and a BS in Finance from the University of Utah. He has extensive experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, General Business Management, Government Affairs, Politics, Training and Facility maintenance. He is a proven problem solver, able to manage and motivate groups and individual towards common goals. Ray is a result-oriented, motivational leader with integrity who sets high standards, builds relationships by establishing trust, and achieves goals by empowering others.
