Statement:
America is at a crossroads. The current battle we find ourselves in is no longer one of policy or politics, but truly a battle between good and evil. I am committed to following where God leads my life, and right now He has called me to serve in this capacity. As I have for the past 12 years in public service, I will continue to fearlessly fight for the principles and inalienable rights enshrined in our founding documents. The principles of freedom have helped more people and lifted more people out of poverty than any other set of political principles in the history of mankind, yet today they are under attack. I believe firmly in the words of our Founders that governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed to protect our rights. If granted another term, I will do just that – fight to protect your God-given rights.
